Julian Davies BSc (Hons), MRICS, MFPWS, MPTS

Julian Davies MRICS MFPWS is recognised as a thought leader for the property and surveying industry and is regularly invited to speak at Industry events, conferences and contribute to publications, bringing his invaluable experience to a wide audience. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and also the Pyramus and Thisbe Society (excellence in party wall matters).

Julian is the Group Managing Director of the Earl Kendrick Group – Chartered Surveyors, having founded the company in 2010and he acts as Named Party Wall Surveyor on all party wall matters that are handled by the neighbourly matters division, Akt. Neighbourly Surveyors. Julian acts as both Building Owners Surveyor and Adjoining Owners Surveyor on a range of residential and commercial schemes, often involving complex structural alterations including basements.

Julian acts as an expert witness which has helped countless clients with their property related disputes. He is a thought leader for the sector and is regularly invited to speak at industry events and contribute articles to industry publications. He has led the team to many industry awards, including a national award of building surveying practice of the year, four years in a row.
